Delivered as Development Manager: feasibility, budget, contractors and handover, from bare coral rock to occupied homes in 2024. A USD 6.04m development, fully equity-funded, with OS&E and FF&E budgets built line by line by our team — and every hand-carved door, fish-scale balustrade and floating stair procured or made through the island supply chain.
